INGREDIENTS

2 kg of white flour

 

3 eggs

 

2 yeasts p�tissi�res

 

1 spoon with salt coffee

 

milk for proud

 

1 grated cheese bowl

 

1 egg yolk

 

 

 

PREPARATION

To mix the flour, eggs, yeasts salt then to bind with milk. To work the paste until it becomes quite flexible. To spread out over a surface farin�e then to cut with the caster, in sticks, rhombuses, squares or rectangles.

 

To coat with egg yolk and to strew with grated cheese. To make cook in a hot furnace.
