Ingredients

 1 kg of flour, to envisage a supplement
1 small tepid milk glass
1 average sugar glass
1/2 oil glass, 1/2 melted butter glass
50 G of yeast of baker
1 large seed glass of sesame, 40 G of anise
A little water of flower of orange tree
1 salt pinch
 

 

Preparation

 

 In milk to make dilute the yeast baker and let rest a few moments.
In a large container to put the flour, sugar, seeds of sesame and anise.
To add the mixture milk yeast and the water of flower of orange tree.
To pour oil and the melted butter. To knead well until obtaining a consistent paste.
Once well kneaded paste, to make small balls of the size of a tangerine.
To lower to a thickness of 1 cm.
Deposer in a relatively hot place, on a towel.
To cover with another towel and a cover.
To let rest approximately 2 hours. When the paste raised, to prick slightly with a fork.
To whitewash of egg yolk and to lay out some seeds of sesame.
To preheat furnace (HT 7) and to make cook 20 minutes.
It is necessary that the wafers are well gilded on the two sides.
