Ingredients

3 measurements of flour (approximately 250 G)

1/2 measurement of molten margarine

1 egg

5 C with water soup of flowers of orange trees

1 salt pinch

Water

500 G of almond finely ground

250 G of frozen sugar

Piece of lemon peel

1 C with vanilla soup

3 eggs

500 G of honey

1/4 of water L of flowers of orange trees

1 egg white

Preparation:

 In a container, to mix the flour, salt and the melted butter. To rub well between the hands until flour

absorb the fat content well. To moisten with water of pinks until obtaining a homogeneous paste. To form

balls and to let rest. While waiting, to prepare the joke:

To mix almonds, frozen sugar, the piece of lemon peel and vanilla. To add eggs until obtaining a joke

firm (you can add the dye of your choice, diluted in the corresponding flavour). On a scheme of work

enfarin�, to spread out the paste until a thickness from 2 to 3 mm using a rolling pin. To cover with one

lay down paste. To always lower once again, with the rolling pin. To cover with a layer with

joke. To add above a second layer of paste. To always lower once again, with the rolling pin.

Using a knife, to then cut out some 15 cm length bands on 2 cm broad. To roll these bands in

twists on 2 lathes. For decoration, to whitewash the surface of egg white using a brush, then

to powder with spilt almonds. To lay out on a dish powdered with flour active with the furnace. To put to cook with average furnace

during 15 to 20 mn, until surface is gilded. As of exit of the furnace, to sprinkle with syrup.
