INGREDIENTS  - 1 kg of flour - 1  spoon with salt coffee - 2 water PREPARATION glasses     To make a well in the center of the flour, at it to put salt and to add little by little water while kneading  vigorously until obtaining a quite smooth paste. With oiled  hands, to make balls of the size of a tangerine and to arrange them on an oiled surface. To spread out with one with the palm of the  hand oiled by gently stretching the paste in all the directions until  it is very fine. To fold back the 4 sides by making them overlap in order to obtain a square of 8 side cm. To gild on the 2 faces in a buttered frying pan and to serve them accompanied by honey or  sugar. One can also stuff them before folding them and cooking  them, for example crushed almonds and of sugar, but also of a mixture  of onion, of parsley, boucann�es pieces of meat (khlii) and spices.
