Hi there, I am plannning a trip to Morocco in september and would like to divide my time between agadir and marrakech! is this easily done! i here the trains are good but can't seem to activate any of the links!
Also what is the general cost of holidaying out there - excluding accommodation and travel? food, drinks, transport etc?

Thank you for posting in MagicMorocco travel forum.
It sounds very interesting what you are planning to do (divide your holiday between Marrakech and Agadir).
For your information there is no train link between Marrakech and Agadir, but there is a coach link.
it depends how often will you travel between Agadir and Marrakech as it may be tiring if you do it frenquently within a short period of time. I'd suggest not to miss the Town of Essaouira as it is not very far from Marrakech and it is on the coast line of the atlantic, that has beautiful landscape and one of the oldest port in the world.
150Dhs = £10 = 13 Euros a day would be generously enough to spent the day with. unless if you go to a fancy restaurant then it maybe slighly higher.

Thankyou for your reply! I shall prob only travel between the two once or twice as the cheapest flights are to Marrakech but we'd like to surf in Agadir! is it easy to catch the coach?! does it need to be pre-booked etc?!
I am very excited!! only 5 months to wait!!!!

I hope you are well,
surfing can be exciting in Agadir, but if you are really seeking surfing in Morocco you would positivily be surprised if you do a day or two in Essaouira, as it is very famous of its waves. just ideal for an enjoyable surfing with mates.
you can catch the coach from Marrakech train station or coach station.
In September and Octobre the average temperature is 21ºC, it might feel a bit chilly during the nights on mid octobre but its just OK.
