Hello, I know there has been a previous post about this but I have heard that if you have papers from a Moroccan company its possible to buy a car in Germany without paying EU tax, or VAT in the UK, or IVA in Spain.

A friend of mine has a UK registered 11 ton truck Right hand drive. Its MOT has run out and its not road legal any more. It’s in Malaga. Can this be registered in Morocco and made road legal?

You have so many question and unfortunately I am not able to answer. But the only thing I know: it is not easy to bring a car permanent to Morocco. You have to pay a very expensive import tax, esp. for older cars, and it would make no sense to do this.
