Semolina soup to the anise grains Print E-mail

INGREDIENTS

1 tea glass and semolina half with coarse grains

 

 

1 grated onion

 

 

1 cinnamon stick

 

1 ground gum arabic pinch

 

1 spoon with soup of ground anise grains (or not)

 

 

1/2 spoon with salt coffee

 

 

1 cinnamon stick

 

1 pepper pinch

 

1 saffron pinch (dye)

 

1 spoon with butter coffee

 

2 liters of water

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION

To pour in a pot 2 liters of water, to let boil. To pour the semolina in rain, then to stir up. To add salt, pepper and the saffron, grated onion and the cinnamon stick.

 

 

After boiling, to let cook with small fire while stirring up from time to time. With the end cooking to add it the anise grains, butter and gum arabic.
