Preparation: In a container, to mix the flour, salt and the melted butter. To rub well between the hands until flour absorb the fat content well. While waiting, to prepare the joke: To mix almonds, frozen sugar, the piece of lemon peel and vanilla. To add eggs until obtaining a joke firm (you can add the dye of your choice, diluted in the corresponding flavour).
