Ingredients 500 G of fine semolina 1/2 melted butter glass 1/2 oil glass 1 salt pinch 1 tepid milk glass
Preparation In a large dish, to mix the semolina, oil, butter, salt and milk. To mix the preparation to have a homogeneous paste. To divide the paste in two and to make a ball. To place the ball on a little semolina and to put some above too. To flatten with the palm of the hand to be 1 cm thickness approximately. To grip the paste on the sides to fill the cracks. To put to cook in a frying pan 10 minutes on each side with soft fire. To make use of a plate to turn over wafer delicately.
