Ingredients

 1 cup of mixture (Almond, nut or pistachios or a mixture of 3),

1 package of butter,

1 spoon with soup of sesame grains

roasted and ground,

1 spoon with cinnamon coffee

A dozen and half of diouls (Melsouka or ouarka),

Honey,

Water of flowers of orange tree

Preparation

 1. To mix the dry fruits fried in a little smen and ground with the spoon of sesame grains and cinnamon, wet, with one little water of flowers of orange tree, the mixture must resemble a coarse sand

 2. Take off the sheets of diouls, butter the 2 faces with the melted butter.

 3. To spread out 6 sheets at the bottom of a round plate having same dimension as the sheets of diouls.

 4. To spread out the moiti� dry fruits, cover with 6 other sheets with diouls, spread out the dry fruit remainder and finally cover with the 6 last sheets with diouls.

 5. Cross with a fine knife in rhombuses (like Baklaoua), Enfournez with average fire until A this Q ` it becomes gilded.

 6. To sprinkle finally with aromatized honey with the water of flowers of orange tree.

 7. Decorate the top aver with the pistachios hach�es or seeds with roasted sesames.
