INGREDIENTS (for 4 people) 1 kg of potatoes Green olives, 2 chopped cloves of garlic 1 onion, 2 tomatos Bark of 1/2 crystallized lemon 1/2 bunch of parsley Olive oil, 1 sheet of Bay-tree Salt, pepper PREPARATION To cut onion in plates, garlic and tomatos peeled and �p�pin�es out of dice. To put the whole in a tajine and to make return 2 minutes. To add the olive oil, spices, the sheet of Bay-tree and peeled and cut potatoes of pieces. To mix the unit, to put water. To cover and let cook with soft fire during 3/4 of hour while stirring up from time to time. To add water if there needs, and to put olives 5 minutes before the end of cooking. To strew with chopped parsley. To lay out some plates of crystallized lemon.
