Mashed potaties of Aubergine to the Sesame Cream Print E-mail
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

1 aubergine
1 clove of garlic
1/2 lemon
2 C with S. of sesame cream (tahine)
A little parsley for decoration
Olive oil
Salt

PREPARATION

To make roast aubergine on fire, on all the sides.
To withdraw the skin and to let discharge.
Mixer the roasted aubergine, garlic with a little salt to obtain very fine mashed potaties.
To put the whole in a hollow dish and to pour the sesame cream there.
To add the lemon juice by carrying out circular motions.
To pour an olive oil net and to decorate with chopped parsley.
