INGREDIENTS JOKE

PREPARATION

To take a buttered plate going to the furnace and to spread
out the sheets of pelletized (ouarka) one by one by overlapping them
one on the other, until obtaining a thick layer. To put the joke
over, and to cover with another layer of ouarka. To turn over
the edges of the sheets and to close with a beaten egg. One
obtains kind of a square or rectangular wafer according to the taste,
to put pieces of butter over and on the sides. To make cook with
the hot furnace during 15 to 20 minutes. Gilded once, to leave
pelletized it furnace. To be useful hot with sheet of green
salad.
