INGREDIENTS JOKE

* 2 bowls of
white flour * 2 spoons with salad oil soup * 1/2 spoon with salt
coffee * 2 fresh water glasses to bind * 1 egg yolk (to clean the
bottom of the frying pan or the "tabcil of ouarka".

PREPARATION

To put the flour in a hollow
ustensil then to add oil, salt and water gradually. One obtains
a smooth paste which one must work vigorously; if not, to go
quickly mixer all elements. To let the paste rest half an hour
in both cases. To pour this light paste in a soup plate.
To adjust the adhesive anti frying pan, or le' tabcil ouarka "on
a pan to the three quarter filled with water, placed on average fire.
The steam should not escape from the edges of the pan.
Using a clean brush, to whitewash the bottom of the frying pan.
To take off edges of the ouarka to remove it easily. To
deposit each ouarka on a clean linen, then to cover it so that it
remains flexible. To coat its oil surface to preserve it a few
days. To pass the egg yolk on the hot frying pan, then to wipe
the ustensil using a dry rag: a fine film prevents the paste of
adhesive thus. To resort to the easy way each time the ouarka
cannot fall apart easily.
