PREPARATION
To mix spices. To cut the heart in cubes of 2 side cm, to rinse and drain. To season with the mixture of spices. To mix well. To thread in the pins by 6 or 7 pieces. To roast on charcoal (embers being consumed) and to serve them at once accompanied by mint tea.
