INGREDIENTS

4 bowls of almond paste

 

1 sugar bowl freezes

 

1 fine semolina glass

 

7 egg yolks

 

1/2 butter glass

 

2 yeasts p�tissi�res

 

peel d�n large lemon

 

500 G of sugar freeze to coat the ghor�bas

 

 

 

PREPARATION

To work the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture bleaches. To add then, melted butter, the yeast and the piece of lemon peel with the almond paste. To butter and fariner a plate going to the furnace. To form small balls, to roll up them in sugar freezes and to lay out them on the plate.

 

To make cook with the average furnace approximately 15 minutes.
