INGREDIENTS JOKE

* 600 G of kefta
without grease * 30 chopped chicken livers * 1 chopped onion very
finely * of the parsley * 3 or 4 cloves of garlic * 1 spoon with
nutmeg coffee * 1 egg * 3 spoons with corn starch soup * 3 sheets of
bay-tree * 1 spoon with oil soup.

PREPARATION

To put in a container the chopped meat, the
mixed livers, onion, parsley, crushed garlic, the nutmeg, salt and
pepper then to mix well. To then add egg and the starch of corn,
or the equivalent in white flour. To oil a rectangular
cake mould, at it to put the mixture by packing it well, to
place over the sheets of bay-tree. To put at the hot furnace
with 200� during about one hour. To leave the furnace, to
unmould it, cut it of pieces and to be used it with a salad or a
vegetable for the choice.
