in general hotels are expansive in marrakech, and the most of travellers choose to stay in the riads ( a Traditional Moroccan House with many rooms like Motels) , their prices begin from 30 to 100 euro per night, please look here for comparison puropose moarrakech hotels and riads

It all depends of what level of relaxation you like.
Cheap hotels at that price wouldnt provide you -most of the time- of hot showers, TV, Internet, proper beds, hygiene and so forth.
There are affordable Riads out there within short distance from Place Jamaa El fena. You can rent a 2 bedroom flat (if you are a group of travelers) for as long as you want with a fair price and that depends of the season (high - Low).
