INGREDIENTS

- 4 tomatos - 4 sweet
peppers - 1/2 oil glass - juice of 1 lemon - 1 spoonful with coffee of
cumin - 1 salt

PREPARATION

pinch After having washed and having dried vegetables, to make
them fry in hot oil while starting with whole sweet peppers.
Once fried, to withdraw them and cook in same oil tomatos cut
into 2 and �p�pin�es. To peel sweet peppers, to divide them
into 2, to remove seeds and to lay out them on a dish. To peel
tomatos and to place them between sweet peppers. To sprinkle
with a sauce made with the oil of cooking mixed with the lemon juice,
salt and cumin. To serve once cooled.
